Welcome to the Adapting Your Home for Dementia Course!
Lesson Format:
Each lesson comes with video, audio, transcript, worksheets, examples, and additional resources. I’ll be adding new material to keep the course up to date and to continually improve it. At the top of each lesson, you will find the training video.
Just below that video, you will find the transcript, the audio file, and a zipped copy of all homework related resources. Please feel free to download these materials for your use. Also, if the resource is from a 3rd party site, it’s not zipped and you will have to download it using the link provided.
Below those resources, you will find the individual worksheets, examples, additional resources, and the frequently asked questions.
Getting the Most Out of the Training:
The best way for you to get the most from this training is to utilize whichever learning system – video, audio, or written, that works best for you.
Then take time to complete the worksheets, and when appropriate, implement any of the strategies you learn.
You can also reach me by clicking the “Contact Mike” button at the top of each page.
I am so excited that you have registered and I look forward to hearing from you, whether it’s with questions about the course material or even ideas or thoughts about the training itself.
