I’m Mike Good of Together in This
My goal is always to empower you and your family to maintain a positive experience, reduce and eliminate the need for unnecessary medications, and make your time together with those you care for, the best it can be.
I want to wish everyone a happy holiday season. If you’re in the US and listening during the week of Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving to you. I really hope you, your loved one, and your extended family are all able to cherish your time together and be thankful.
When your life has been affected by a debilitating disease such as Alzheimer’s or another dementia, it can be hard to be grateful. The holiday season, however, is always a good time to take a step back and reflect on those things you can be grateful for.
With dementia striking 27,000 new families world wide every day, the dementia community is huge. It’s full of many, many wonderful people who have love in their hearts and are doing what they can to make things a bit better for all.
If you’re reading this, then I’m sure you are one of these special individuals and I am grateful that you are here, and that I am able to share with you.
This episode is all about being grateful and sharing your gratitude and love with those around you.
