Understanding Alzheimer’s Related Sleep Issues

Alzheimer's patient sleeping with catAn irregular sleep schedule is one of the most challenging aspects of caring for someone with Alzheimer’s. According to multiple sources, it is a major contributor to why caregivers seek outside help or finally choose to move a loved one into a memory-care community.
